SHAVE AND A HAIRCUT - TWO BITS! BIKE WASH AND ARREST - $705!
WEDNESDAY! HUMP DAY! It’s the first full day for the 2011 Riding4Beer Part Duh Tour in Sturgis and boy was it a full day! Imagine a little town of 10,000 population in the Black Hills that is overrun with half a million bikers. Now imagine that the weather is hot and the beer is cold. PERFECT!
First things, first – we got a new front tire for the bike (boring), we got a bunch of cheap t-shirts to wear back home so people will ask us if we’ve been to Sturgis (egotistical) but most importantly, Kevin got the bike washed at the Bikini Bike Wash and Stacy learned how to cook Vegatable Cordon Bleu. Okay, the bike wash is where the trouble sort of began.
Kevin felt that he should “help” the bike washers with their uniforms and they – along with the Sturgis Police – had a different opinion. Let’s just say that the whole $5 dollar wash ended up costing $5 (bike wash), $500 (bail) and $200 (Public Defender). All of this was happening while Stacy was taking a French cooking lesson at the Sturgis Culinary Academy! The good news is that now we’re back in Rapid City for the night and….. the evening is young!
FOUR PICS TODAY FROM DOWNTOWN STURGIS!
Stacy's instructor (chef) at the Culinary Inistitute! Meantime, Kevin followed them to the bike wash!
Here's how the bike wash started - simple, right? Here's how the bike wash ended - EXPENSIVE!

Looking at those girls...I had a feeling there was going to be handcuffs involved!!!!

Kevin... I don't know who told you the bail was $500... it was $500 per offense! Since you couldn't keep your hands to yourself, the bail alone cost $5000! The public defender tried to get it lowered, but the judge wouldn't go for it. Apparently, the bike wasn't the only thing that got hosed today. Make sure you transfer more money into the "lush fund". It's getting low. Ooooh Stacy, I LOVE your instructor! French cooking? Is that what they call it these days? I can think of a few things I could cook up with that hot young thing...
