EVERYTHING HAS A BEGINNING AND HERE IT IS!
TUESDAY – THE DAY! Folks, we were awake by 4a.m. (still awake) and we roared out of Palm Springs with a police escort (NOT KIDDING) around 6a.m. This is it! It’s the official beginning of the 2011 Riding4Beer Part Duh Tour! 5,000 miles of sleaze and reprehensible behavior all for no good reason other than we don’t really know any better.
We’re heading north so who knows where this first day will end. Maybe some wonderful garden spot like Fresno, California, or even Stockton (murder capital of the United States). But wherever we park the bike for the day you can be certain it’ll be at an EconoLodge (new sponsor, big bucks, shameless promotion by us!). Also, you can be certain it’ll be somewhere near a bar because after riding all day we REALLY need to hydrate and nothing is better for that than an ice cold Budweiser (another sponsor, more bucks, more shameless promotion by us!)
Folks, you’re along for the ride on the 2011 Riding4Beer Part Duh Tour. That’s right, you can sit right there at your computer, read about all the craziness, look at the obscene pictures and the videos of the insanity and write your comments below. Don’t be afraid; just pretend that you’re writing to your Congress person about the debt ceiling! And in the meantime, check back EVERYDAY so you don’t miss a single citizen’s arrest - remember, we do it for the children!.....

By 6am we were ready to back out of the garage! Our police escort all the way to the city limits!

Police escort? That's not the usual escort that you go for Kevin. Palm Springs finest were probably happy to have you guys out of town again for awhile so they can focus on real crime instead of making sure you two get home each night. Haq\ve fun and keep smiling!

The police escort was a "thank god they're finally leaving" lead out, complete with parade afterward and a party at the trailer park!
