WHO ARE WE & WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?
We are Stacy & Kevin from California and we're not really good at much except riding motorcycles, drinking beer and lying. Since about 2007 (when we became gainfully unemployed) we've ridden our Harley twice around the U.S. hoping that people who don't know us too well will buy us a beer, or two or three - or a pitcher, or two or three. That was about 11,000 miles each time and didn't work out very well. Next, we traveled around the entire world - literally "around" the whole f'ing earth - all 37,000 miles and that didn't work so well either. Now this summer (2011) we circled China since we've been declared "persona non-grata" in most Warsaw Pact and NATO countries. Now we're back riding around the U.S. hoping people have forgotten what we did to them last time. Folks, our lives are never what most people consider "normal" so check back daily and you'll be amazed at the shi-t we get into! WE ALWAYS RIDE SAFE!

All kidding and joking aside, we NEVER drink and ride. We absolutey enjoy our beer (allot of it!) and we love motorcycle riding, but NEVER both at the same time. One drink and the bike is parked, locked and chained up for the day or night. We also encourage all of you - whether in a car or on a motorcycle - to not drink and drive. SERIOUSLY!

IF SLEEPING DOGS CAN LIE, WHY CAN'T WE?

THE WEEKEND! Folks, we NEVER lie – except to bartenders, members of the law enforcement community and to underage girls. Anyway, we weren’t lying when we told you after we were extradited from China to standby because another totally stupid tour was in the making for the second half of the summer. Well, the deal is signed with our sponsors, we got clearance from our parole officer to leave the county and this coming Tuesday the 2011 Riding4Beer Part Duh tour begins.

That’s right, we’re on the road again and this time it’s completely in the U.S. (God bless America and the Debt Ceiling!). We’ll be rolling out of Palm Springs this Tuesday morning and hope to circle about half of the country. The plan is to ride north (that’s “up” on a map) for about a thousand miles or so, turn right and head east for about the same distance to Sturgis. We’ll hang out there at the event until they ask us to leave and then head south through the Midwest (the “Heartland of America,” Baby!) until we figure we need to turn right again and head back to Palm Springs.

It’s roughly a 5,000 mile square (actually sort of a rhombus for you geometry nerds) and it’s easy for us because we only have to make three right turns so it’ll be hard to get lost. And while we always say that the journey is the reward, those are just words. The real reward is the destination - partying at the Sturgis Rally with 500,000 drunk, half naked bikers! Folks, this tour will be epic – it’s Riding4Beer Part Duh!....
