DON'T CRY BECAUSE IT'S OVER - SMILE BECAUSE IT HAPPENED!
WEDNESDAY! Yup, Hump Day once again! And what a hump it’s gonna be! Folks, we don’t know what time it is where you’re at, but here at the Beijing International Airport it’s 4am! It’s crowded, we’re tired, we’re hung over and we’re looking forward (NOT) to a 15 hour flight to Chicago. But our day doesn’t end there. After we argue with fat minimum wage TSA employees in black stretch pants to get into the country, we have to catch a plane to Dallas, cool our heels for a few hours in Texas, and then hit another plane to the left coast and Palm Springs. It’ll be over 24 hours of continuous travel just to get back to our little slice of heaven at the trailer park.
In the meantime, the Riding4Beer® 2011 China Tour will become just another chapter in the Riding4Beer® Chronicles alongside the Great America Tour, the World Tour, the Magical Mystery Tour and last year’s Big Easy Tour. BUT WAIT! The summer isn’t even half over. There’s plenty more fun to come here on Riding4Beer®. During the next few weeks while we’re re-orienting to the American way of life, we’ll keep you up to date every day on our shopping trips to Walmart, our appointments at the free clinic and even what’s happening a few trailer spaces over at Chrysallis’ mobile home and discount pharmacy. It’s NEVER boring at our trailer park so don’t miss a day.
BUT WAIT! THERE’S EVEN MORE! The second half of the summer hasn’t happened yet and won’t until it does (huh?). Folks, we are in deep, DEEP negotiations with a MAJOR corporation (they just don’t know it yet) to produce another Riding4Beer® tour in late July and August! It’s Riding4Beer® 2011 Part Deux and you REALLY won’t wanna miss this one. Of course we’ll keep you informed of our negotiations with the corporate suits and ties every step of the way and everything in between. We’d love to tell you more, but as trained negotiators we don’t wanna tip our hand with those big city folk and let ‘em know we’d settle for $100 bucks and a bucket of Original Recipe. See ya tomorrow in Palm Springs!
Here's how it started back in May in Shanghai And here's how it ended in Beijing in July!
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT HELPED KEEP US MOVING DAY AFTER DAY FOR 21,000 MILES AROUND CHINA. IT TRULY DOES TAKE A VILLAGE TO KEEP THIS SHOW ON THE ROAD - WE'LL SEE YA'LL TOMORROW IN THE U.S. OF A.! OH, AND THE PICTURE ON THE RIGHT? SORRY BUDWEISER, WE JUST HAD TO TRY ONE TSINGTAO WHILE WE WERE IN CHINA!

WELCOME BACK!!!!
