WEDNESDAY/THURSDAY   It's a combo post because we've been busy with our sponsors doing a mini-publicity tour for the upcoming Riding4Beer 2011 Summer China Tour.   HEY, If you have a watch and you can do simple arithmetic the tour starts in just 119 hours!  Yup, Tuesday morning we're on a plane and on our way to China - sorta.  Look, American Airlines comp'd us the tickets so it's not quite a direct flight - but it is FREE!  Can you say, "Palm Springs to Dallas, Dallas to St. Louis, St. Louis to Denver, Denver to Chicago and then finally, Chicago to Shanghai?"  Just keep repeating the words - FREE FREE FREE!

Okay, so back to the publicity stuff.  This year there are billboards, posters and radio and TV ads running all over America promoting Riding4Beer.  Okay, there's a small flyer pinned up on the corkboard at the RanchMart, but any publicity is good publicity, right?   You can even tear off the bottom stubs where we wrote our website address and cell phone number just like the the other flyer advertising dog sitting.

Folks, this is gonna be the tour of all tours.  Just imagine the two of us, without adult supervision, in China and Tibet  for almost two months.  We hope Secretary of State Hillary Clinton isn't busy because there's definitely gonna be a few international incidents on this one!  In the meantime, watch us on TV (NBC and CBS) and pick up one of our free posters at Hooters or wherever Budweiser or Little Debbie Cakes are sold.
