WE ASKED FOR VIAGRA - BUT ALL WE GOT WAS A POPSICLE STICK AND SOME DUCT TAPE!

THURSDAY!  It's not only Friday Eve, but tomorrow is the beginning of the Las Vegas Bikefest!  We think this rates as one of the better Thursdays of the year - right up there with Thanksgiving (a celebration of dominating Native Americans) and Fronleichnam (a German Catholic holiday that translated means "the Feast of Corpus Christi," which we thought was a city in Texas!).  Anyway, tomorrow we take Riding4Beer on the road to Las Vegas, and last minute preparations are underway.

For example, today we went for  checkups at the Public Clinic.  We just figured it would be a good idea to medical clearance (even if it is from a veterinarian) before hitting the road.  Besides, we were running low on Cipro and it's always a good idea to have a high strength antibiotic on hand in Las Vegas.  Anyway, we got the prescription (and one for Viagra and one for Cialis, and one for Oxycodone) so we're set.  But looking back, it sure seemed like the doctor (and two nurses and Stacy) sure spent a long time giving Kevin his prostate exam - just sayin...

Folks, the medical clearances are in, the bike is washed and waxed, there's fuel in the tank and in just about 24 hours Riding4Beer will be literally riding for beer!  This is also a first for a Riding4Beer tour - we'll be riding with others!  We usually ride alone (mostly because nobody will ride with us since the accident), but this time we're teaming up with some other folks because we've heard things are more fun when done in groups - like marching bands, team sports and even wars!  The countdown has begun and we'll be posting pictures and stories here from the road tomorrow.  Tick - Tock!

                                                                         PHOTOGRAPHS?  OH, YOU BETCHA!

We used to go to the Center for Health DE-Motion!                   This is personal - why'd we have to tell the doctor?

Stacy couldn't resist helping with Kevin's prostate exam!          The doctor felt Kevin should read up on these issues!
