MONDAY!   You gotta be kidding!  How can it be Monday?  It seems like just a week ago it was Monday.  What, are we running out of weekend days and need to conserve by re-using Mondays?  Look, nothing against Mondays - it's just that Fridays and Saturdays are sooooo much better.  Actually, there's allot to be said about Mondays - like Monday Night Football and cheap-a_s buffets and beer at the Indian casino.

Speaking of the Indian casino - what better day to go there for Monday Night Football than today - Columbus Day!  It's a double win when we can get $5 dollar pitchers of beer and celebrate all that Christopher Columbus did for the Indians at the same time.  When we say the Nina, the Pinta and the Santa Marie you should say, "rape, pillage, and syphilis."  Oh, and don't forget measles - they're always fun too.  Good ol' Chris brought allot of good things to North America, didn't he?

CORRECTION!  Technically he never did really come to North America, he actually landed in Jamaica (which is the Caribbean).  Okay, we get it.  He was there at one of those clothing optional all-inclusive resorts so you can't really blame him.   But here's the deal, did he get the 5th night free and complimentary dockside transfers to and from the resort?  And remember, he was looking for India!  Except for the fact he ended up partying in Jamaica, he probably should have considered a new travel agent.  In the meantime - we're off to the Indian casino to celebrate.

OH, and there's sad news - our camera is broken (dropped in a drunken stupor yesterday), so until it's replaced tomorrow you'll just have to imagine how we celebrated Columbus Day earlier.  Don't worry, we told Best Buy that it was defective out of the box (even though we bought it almost two years ago) and they said it would be replaced FREE OF CHARGE!  You gotta love America - Columbus did!...
