WHEN THE FUN FALLS THROUGH AND THE RENT COMES DUE...

HELLO READERS and HELLO WORLD!   Yeah, we know it's been pretty quiet out here in cyber-space lately, but we've been busy doing things to make a little walking-around-money (WAM!).  Look, we know that with our seven Social Security numbers we get a pretty fair chunk of change in public assistance checks, but once in awhile there's just too much month left at the end of our money.  Those Budweiser (proud sponsor of Riding4Beer) checks and our county assistance just don't pay for enough fun sometimes.

Anyway, we've been in the studio (the electronic, virtual studio) working on the Riding4Beer DVD that will be released in a few weeks.  It'll have thousands of pictures from our ride around America (the Budweiser sponsored 2009 Riding4Beer Magical Mystery Tour), lots of great rock & roll music and probably pictures of YOU as well (remember that model release you signed when you were face down drunk on bad tequila!).  Don't worry, when they're completed we'll be pushing 'em like crack to a five dollar whore right here on this website.

In the meantime we got an advance check from the publisher so our cash flow is no longer a problem.  As they say in the finance world, "...our debits equal our credits" - that's double entry bookkeeping by the way, and we LOVE double entry anything!  Also, there's a bunch of regional bike events (Desert Heat, Las Vegas Bike Fest, etc.) that Budweiser is making us attend to earn our sponsor checks (bastards!), so we've been busy prepping for those appearances.  If this sounds like a lot of work, it is!  We've been spending at least two or three hours a day on all of this sh_t and that's working at least two days a week!  We're tired, we're sweaty and we're thirsty - hmmmm, must be time for a beer or twelve...

Kevin in the studio hard at work with our producer & director!               Oh yeah, and we had to deal with this sh-t!
