IT DOESN'T MATTER IF THE HORSE IS BLIND AS LONG AS THE WAGON IS LOADED!

MONDAY/TUESDAY!  Okay, we know it's been another skipped post, but this time it REALLY wasn't our fault.  The provider of our web server (who shall remain nameless - those bastards!) had some sort of technical difficulty (like an f'ing hacker attack from North Korea, or China or Russia - damn Commies!) and we couldn't get access to our account.  Soooo, let's bring you up to speed on what's been happening with the Riding4Beer Magical Mystery Tour (sponsored by Budweiser - they're servers are ALWAYS up!).

Monday we took a day trip (HEY!  We're "Day Trippers!") from Sturgis to Deadwood.  It was only about 15 miles up in the Black Hills (which aren't really black by the way), so we figured it was worth the ride.  It was a quiet, peaceful ride with just 10,000 other bikers, but Deadwood was worth it.  If you paid attention in history class then you'd know that Deadwood is where Wild Bill Hickok was shot playing poker and holding the now famous "deadman's hand" (aces & eights).  Anyway, we had a beer or ten in the very bar where it happened and watched all the biker trash wander by.

Today (uhhh, that would be Tuesday) we packed up our stuff, paid our bill at the TownHouse Motel in Rapid City (with a check that'll bounce like a SuperBall!) and headed west.  It was a looooong ride crossing most of Wyoming, crossing the Black Hills, crossing the Continental Divide, the prairie, the plains - jeeeez it was 10 hours in the saddle in 100+ degree heat.  You gotta love the West!  Folks, we're in some no name B.S. town somewhere in western Wyoming where everybody needs dental work and a diet, so tomorrow at first light we'll be continuing west...

Off to Deadwood!  - They'll never know we're coming!             It's not the size of your gun, it's the weight of your load!

It's a crime scene!  Where's CSI when you need them!                       Ahhhh, instant justice - no need for a trial!

Back in Sturgis - Still no place to park!                                  Yup, Wyoming - and this is a congested part!
