SUNDAY!  You know us, we can never stay anywhere for long or the locals catch on to our scams.  Well, Oxford, Mississippi is no different.  Yesterday we partied all day (yes ALL day!) at Taylor ’s Pub.  It was a big biker event in which we played a very small part, but nonetheless, we did play a part.  We played the part of the town drunks – and we were damn good at it!

Anyway, after sleeping the last two nights at the Pub owner’s house, Jason suggested (with a gun) that we move on - so we packed up our Wolverine boots and hit the road.  As it turns out, our friends from Palm Springs, Mike and Tonya were driving north in a stolen rental car so we just sorta followed them – all the way to Memphis!

That’s right, MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE, BABY!  Folks, we went to Graceland (Elvis is alive you know!), we ate barbecued ribs and we drank plenty of ice cold Budweiser on Beale Street (birthplace of the blues!).  We staying in some dive motel on the outskirts of town and most of the folks here are off work hookers so it’s a pretty fun place.  Tomorrow we figure we’ll take the Riding4Beer Magical Mystery Tour down the Mississippi river, but tonight we’re having a few of our new friends over to our room for cribbage and…
