WHAT IF YOU HAD AMNESIA AND DEJA VU AT THE SAME TIME?
SUNDAY - WEEKEND EDITION! New Orleans, Louisiana! That's right, we're talkin' Bourbon Street, Baby! So here's the deal. We came here from Palm Springs a few days ago to get away from all those pesky bill collectors and process servers but it really hasn't worked. It turns out that some of those damn collection agencies have offices all over the United States. Hey, it's just the world we live in these days!
Let's see, yesterday we "borrowed" a few bicycles and rode around the Bywater area of New Orleans. It wasn't that tough getting the locks off the bikes - just a few quick snips with our bolt cutters and we were riding without a care in the world. Actually, we did have a few cares - like post Katrina pot holes big enough to swallow large dogs and kids (not really a bad thing), but we generally could pedal around them and even toss in a few empty beer cans.
By the end of the day we were pretty thirsty (it was 80 degrees yesterday!) so we returned the bikes (to somewhere else since the NOPD were talking with owner near where we originally "borrowed" them) and wandered the French Quarter looking for some ice cold Budweisers. Remember, Budweiser is the "King of Beers," but more importantly, they are the sponsor of Riding4Beer and folks we gotta tell ya, THEIR CHECKS DON'T BOUNCE! We know, we cashed one yesterday at the Bayou Mart (only a 10% fee!), spent the evening giving all the money back to Budweiser one beer at a time and now today's another day...

Master locks are no match for our 24" bolt cutters! Snip, snip and Stacy "borrows" a new bike!

We searched several pot holes but never found any marijuana! Why they put up this sign for us we'll never know!

Yes, Budweiser is the "King of Beers," I drink some on a regular basis. Obviously the both of you are on a steady diet of Budweiser. You're both pickled! Remember, and say it with us, we cannot help but love you both. Have a great day.
