NEWSPAPERS ARE NOTHING MORE THAN DEAD TREES WITH INFORMATION SMEARED ON THEM!
WEDNESDAY - HUMPDAY! WOW! Normally we'd lay around the sofa-sleeper all day eating left over Hamburger Helper, but not today. BIG BIG NEWS! If you've been following the election at all then you know what we're talking about. We truly are living in historic times and probably just ten years ago none of us would have ever imagined the outcome of yesterday's voting. Folks, can you believe that Palm Springs Water District proposition "B" passed? Unbelievable!
We were up most of the night watching the election returns. We've all worked so hard for this and finally a sewage treatment plant will be built! It's a dream that most of us could never imagine happening our in lifetime. Just think, in only a few short years we'll be able to flush as much as we want, the desert air won't be filled with the noxious fumes of sewage overflowing and 95% of people's water rates (those earning less than $250,000) will not go up even a penny (hmmmm, where have we heard that?).
Last night we celebrated at the world famous Palm Canyon Roadhouse (on the world famous Palm Canyon Drive, BABY!) along with hundreds of other proposition "B" supporters. When it's passage was finally called many broke into tears of joy. The stress of the primaries, the negative campaigning and battling the Eastern media elite all came to a joyous conclusion with 78% of the precincts reporting. Oh yeah, and we also heard that some guy got elected president too...

WOW, to be campaigning with CrystalAnn! We would have put in alot of overtime with her - getting some extra votes and working to get another stimulating check which we think she would have no problem getting. Stacy and Kevin's Dad celebrating in the world famous Palm Canyon Road House - we are glad that they are bonding so well. We seriously think your father should move in permanently with you - you really need to bond more with your family outside of prison. We cannot help but love you silly bastards.
