LOUIS PASTUER SAID, "LUCK FAVORS THE PREPARED MIND." - WE SAY, "LUCK FAVORS THOSE WITH COLD BEER & GOOD PORN!"

SUNDAY! - The Christian sabbath, the 7th day, the day of our Lord - TOO BAD WE'RE NOT IN A CHRISTIAN COUNTRY, HUH?  You guessed it!  Another day, another sunrise in Marrakech.  We know we have to leave here soon (we haven't paid for our room, the manager is getting suspicious and a Moroccan jail does not sound appealing), but for the time being we're content to wander around the crazy streets ("souks"), watch the insanity unfold at the Public Square ("Place Jemaa El Fnaa") and lay around in the cool of our hostel ("riad").  ("Hooked on Moroccan" is just like "Hooked on Phonics" only different!)

Besides, we fit right in here and most people think we're "locals."  Come on, we're both blond just like...ah....ah.....nobody else in this whole country!  Well, maybe they can spot us coming a mile away, but that's just because we wear pants and shirts and not our bathrobes when we go to the public square.  Okay, let's face it, in their eyes we're "infidels," and you know what?  That suits us just fine because back home they call us much worse and once people have a low opinion of you there really isn't much fun in doing things to make them change their minds, right?  Let's face it - it's takes so much less effort to live below other's expectations - we know, just ask our parents and all of our grade school teachers!

Oh yeah, Marrakech.  So yesterday we went back to a pottery shop in one of the souks where we've made friends (our only friends in Morocco) and sat for the afternoon having saffron tea, eating "Tajine" (Google it!  We haven't got the time or the desire to educate you bastards!) and watching the Al-Jazerra network on TV from Iran (it's not CNN, but they do make some valid points, it's just that they're all in Farsi!).  We also met some Polish girls that are hitchhiking across Africa (and you thought the 2008 Riding4beer World Tour-sponsored by Budweiser was insane?) so we brought them along to the pottery shop as well.  Here's the problem, it's a Muslim country so we didn't have any beer to get the girls drunk and take advantage of them.  Worse yet, there's no porn on Al-Jazerra to set the mood and all our Moroccan buddies wanted to do was talk about King Barrack Obama (that's what they called him, "King!") and Bill Clinton's wife (what was her name again?).  Folks, we may not have gotten "lucky" this time, but for the 2009 Riding4Beer World Tour (hopefully sponsored again by Budweiser - hint, hint!) we now have an address and phone number in Poland...

4 PICS AND 1 (COUNT IT) 1 VIDEO!  -  WE LOVE AL-MAGHRIB BANK & IT'S HIGH SPEED INTERNET!

Why refrigerate eggs when you're just gonna cook 'em?            Egg Tajine?  No problem, I have the freshest eggs!

Stacy always did like good Moroccan pot.                                    It could've happened if we just had beer and porn!

VIDEO, BABY!  IT'S ALL ABOUT VIDEO! - CLICK ON THE ARROW AND ENJOY!

There's no rides like this at DisneyLand!

You infidels!  You cantankerous bastards ya! We miss ya  and we wished we were there partying with ya.  Talk about eggs, how about them polish girls?  A raw egg and a Budweiser would have gone down good right about then too.  Remember, we cannot help but love you both. Have a great weekend.
