"WELL WE'VE NEVER BEEN TO SPAIN... BUT WE KINDA LIKE THE MUSIC!"
TUESDAY! France no longer entertains us. That's right! Lyon is long gone and Spain is here and now, baby! Wait! Not just Spain, but Barcelona, Spain! Oh we are so talkin' bullfights and cheap sangria (fortunately we drink Budweiser so we don't have to suffer through chunks of fruit floating in oxidized red wine!). We didn't really want to leave France but there were some "issues" that sort of necessitated our departure.
So here's the deal. We've been staying with our friends, Ceci and Stephane (with an "e" - he's very f'ing French!) in Lyon and last night we went out for a little...ah....shall we say "pub crawling." Anyway, we ended up in some GREAT Irish pub named "Paddy's" (IN FRANCE MIND YOU!) and even before 7pm some English guy was blind on Guinness and had a "Technicolor yawn" (you know what that is, right?) all over the bar, the wall, the floor and...well, pretty much everything in sight. We were safely drinking Budweiser (in an Irish Pub in Lyon, France - THINK ABOUT IT!") so there were no issues with our gastro-intestinal tracts, but somehow we took the English guy's actions as a sign (we think maybe Capricorn!).
Look, the timing seemed right, the local police agreed, so we hopped on the TGV (some major fast French train) and headed south to Montpelier. If you don't know where that is don't worry, neither did we, but it is close to the border with Spain so we just changed trains and continued on to Barcelona. We figured that living in Southern California we can speak Spanish better than most Spaniards, so why not just have a go at ordering some nachos and a few cold Budweisers in Spain. Tune in tomorrow and we'll let ya know how it's going...

Unbelievable! We have never witnessed anything quite like this - kooks! We have never seen you both with so many kooks, but then again you both blend in quite well with everyone. Wish we were there with you two lunatics. Have fun and remember, we cannot help but love you two.
