IF YOU LOVE YOUR JOB YOU HAVEN'T WORKED A DAY IN YOUR LIFE!
HUMP, HUMP. HUMP! "What's that sound?" Don't worry it's just the sound of WEDNESDAY - HUMPDAY ACROSS AMERICA! It's the middle of the week which means that we've all made it over the "hump," and that calls for a celebration, so that's why on Wednesdays we always H___P and you can too! We usually spend most of the day on the sofa-sleeper, but not this Wednesday! With the rapidly approaching 2008 Riding4Beer World Tour (beginning June 10 - sponsored by Budweiser, remember this because it will important later!) we had to roll out and get moving before noon!
We realize that it is TOTALLY against our mantra (look it up if you don't know what a "mantra" is!) to even be conscious at such an early hour but we had a lunch meeting to attend at noon! OH YEAH, we're big corporate types now and we had a big meeting with the heavy hitters from Budweiser (our sponsor, remember?). This was the final "run-thru" for the 2008 Riding4Beer World Tour (beginning June 10 - repetitive aren't we?) and we had to actually pay attention to the Power Point presentations, say "yes sir" allot and act like we were taking notes. We're pretty good at faking things, especially Stacy (Kevin just found that out after all of these years!), so we think we pulled it off just fine.
As a side note, other than all of the damn meetings (we've had two in the past 60 days already!), this Budweiser sponsorship has been a pretty good deal for us. They gave us each a free Bud Light keychain, they gave Stacy a free t-shirt (three sizes too small - hmmmm wonder why?) and they paid for lunch today at the world famous Palm Canyon Roadhouse (on PALM CANYON DRIVE, BABY!). They also put enough money in our closed checking account to cover the unpaid overdrafts and told the guy at the RanchMart (where they sell allot of Budweiser along with King Cobra and Colt 45) to stop charging us 8% to cash our county assistance checks. We'd say that even though we had to get up before noon today it was a damn good day, and usually we'd go out and celebrate, but since we're writing this from the Roadhouse (never left after lunch - free wireless internet!) we'll just say, "another Budweiser, please..."

Mark, Kelly & Bill from Budweiser give us a keychain! A bit small, but when Stacy wears it people will look!

What a surprise - the Budweiser Office staff came too! These are Bill, Mark & Kelly's secretaries!

We really like the secretaries - there should be allot more of them out there dressed like that! Stacy's new shirt is just the right size. You silly bastards are still up to your antics, but we do not ever expect that to change. Once a kook, always a kook, but you know what? We cannot help but love you two. have a party full!
guy and cary.
