Yup, it's TOOOOOSDAY!  We're back in Palm Springs after flying on American Airlines from MSY to DFW to SFO to LAX to ONT to PSP to HELL!   Okay, so here's the deal; the next time we lie at the airport about needing "bereavement" fares (the REALLY cheap ones you get when your great uncle in Alabama dies from lung cancer) we will NEVER lie to American Airlines!

Anyway, we're back for a few weeks.  It was the perfect amount of time to spend in New Orleans - just long enough for the bartenders here in Palm Springs to forget how high our unpaid tabs were and just long enough for the bartenders in New Orleans to figure out that we'll never pay up.  PERFECT!  Besides, we pretty much knew all the strippers on Bourbon Street by their first names and where their pimps lived so it was definitely time to move on.  It was sad to say goodbye to Deseriee and Rashawndra, but we're sure they'll do just fine without us and we wish them good luck with their studies in genetic engineering and Astro Physics at MIT.  It's amazing how smart those two twins were!

Look, we could've stayed an extra few days in the French Quarter, but we had a parole hearing in Riverside today and we couldn't afford to miss another one.   Likewise, we now have to go to the county physically twice a month to pick up our check since the mailman won't deliver to the trailer park anymore.  Something about a Doberman and a guy on crack with a shotgun two trailers down in space #23, but we also heard another side to the story about the mailman stiffing Carlynnee out of $50 bucks for "services rendered."  She's a consultant!  Folks, it's Tuesday, we're back in Palm Springs and it's time to see if we can start a tab at the world famous Palm Canyon Roadhouse again...
