OH!  Don't even ask!  Yep, it's Wednesday (Humpday), but yesterday was Fat Tuesday and the pinnacle of Mardis Gras.  We may NEVER fully recover!  From the drinking to the costumes and from the crowds to the midget (sorry, "little people") clown porn, it was one VERY WILD day.  Okay, maybe we exaggerated a bit about the crowds, but not the porn.

Anyway, we came to New Orleans prepared with our Mardis Gras costumes and they didn't go to waste!  Realize that basically what you do on Fat Tuesday is play dress-up and wander around the French Quarter all day drinking.  Those are three things we are VERY good at; playing dress-up (back in Palm Springs Kevin likes playing the naughty nurse game and Stacy loves the one about the college pool boy), we've wandered around most of our lives (clueless!), and drinking? - COME ON! - it's us you're talking about!

As it turns out, not only did our friends Randy & Helen bring costumes (they must like dress-up too), but we bumped into our friends from Florida, John & Katherine, and there's no question they play ALLOT of dress-up back home!  Let's just say that Kevin was indecisive about which one of them he would hit on in a bar (FYI: the "smart money" is that he'd try to pick them both up!).  Folks, after yesterday (and last night), our time here in New Orleans has run out.  We heard that warrants were being issued and that means it's time to get across state lines and back to Palm Springs...
