MUN-DAY!  (You spell Sunday with a "U", so why not Munday? - they both sound the same - hukd on foniks werkd for us!).  Hey everybody!  In case you haven't noticed, the WEEK HAS STARTED!   Get up, go to work, make money, pay taxes (lots of taxes) so we can continue living on public assistance.  It works for us and we thank you for it!   We've always said that America is the land of opportunity and we take advantage of every one we can find!

But it's not just the money, it's the benefits!  Remember?  That's what your boss told you when you were hired - great health plan, paid parking, 401k, blah, blah, blah.  Well it's true in our lives too!   Along with our weekly checks from the county, we get public medical coverage and it's a damn good thing!  Kevin was involved in a "minor incident" at Walmart today.  He poked his head through a hole in a sign and it turns out the other side was dart throwing contest.  They say timing is everything in life, and today Kevin's was just a bit off.

But we always look for the positive in everything and it's fortunate that all of this happened at Walmart!  They have an eye center right there in the store (between the auto service counter and the food court), they accept Medi-Cal coverage and because it's Walmart the copay is really low!  Folks, within 45 minutes the doc had popped a new glass eye in and Kevin was home surfing the internet for porn again.  It's all just like a bad dream, only with a happy ending - and just like when we get massages - it's all about happy endings.  Tomorrow is Tuesday, we have our eyes wide open (all three of them!) and...
