WE'RE JUST SUB-PRIME PEOPLE IN THE LOAN PORTFOLIO OF LIFE!

This is it - THURSDAY!  Officially it's Friday Eve, but because Tuesday was a holiday, that makes this the middle of a shortened week, so it's also HUMP DAY!  It's a "double," and trust us, two is always better than one!  Two beers, two pizzas, two flight attendants (preferably twins)....er....ah....you get the point.  Anyway, since it's such a special day we figured we do something special.

We've been hearing allot lately about sub-prime loans and depressed housing, (you wanna see some depressed housing just wander around our trailer park, but that's another story), so we figured we'd talk to a realtor and see about buying a house.  Look, it's not like we don't have credit, it's just that someone must have stolen our identity because you should see the look on people's faces whenever they see our TRW report.   But that doesn't matter because we'll just get one of those sub-prime loans - they're designed for people like us with...ah...er...."credit challenges," right?

Well, guess what?  We found a GREAT property and we think we can qualify for an FHA loan, or a VA loan, or any loan where we don't have to turn in W-2's.  The house itself needs a little work, you know a coat of paint and some TLC, but it was listed as "fixer-upper," so it's all that we expected it to be.   They wanted us to sign the papers on the spot, but you all know us - we're the careful, cautious, thinking types, so we told them we'd sleep on it.  They're idiots - we won't sleep on it, we'll sleep on our sofa hide-a-bed, but before we do, we'll have a few beers tonight and...

The "breezeway" entrance is spectacular!                                                  The family room has a very open feel to it!

The yard is fenced and with a little water it'll green right up!                                    There's even a built in barbeque!

You know, you guys found a diamond in the rough.  This place has alot of potential - you always seem to stumble into a gold mine.  With a little elbow grease,a little paint, some building materials, you could make something special out of it.  Keep us informed on the progress of this building project.   We can not help but love you two.
