Surprisingly, after last night's display of public drunkeness and debauchery, we were actually awake and out of bed before noon!  It's not because we wanted to get up, but the phone call from the San Antonio police department woke us.  It seems that they were willing to drop the drunk and disorderly charges if we just paid for damage.  No prob - we just told them we'd mail in some American Express Travelers Cheques ("...don't leave home without them!") - and they believed us! 

Since we were all now awake and out of bed - something that just seems un-natural before lunch - we ordered out for breakfast burritos and began the day.   Our gracious hosts, Ramon & Gloria, drove us around San Antonio to a local motorcycle shop (new goggles for Stacy - she broke her toys when she was a child also!), to Alamo Harley-Davidson (souvenier t-shirts to prove we were here since with the dropped charges there will be no public record) and then for dinner to, where else? - HOOTERS!  Let's see, a day of hanging out in motorcycle shops and then eating at Hooters - you just gotta love Ramon & Gloria - they are low life trash just like us!

With torrential rains today in San Antonio, and a prediction for them to move south tomorrow,  we've delayed our scheduled departure until Thursday.  Oh Poor us! - another day (and night) of drinking, laughing, drinking, eating, drinking and, did we mention, drinking?  Besides, Ramon and Gloria still haven't caught onto our scam yet, although Gloria did look kinda funny at Kevin when she caught him trying on her underwear and Ramon now sleeps with a gun by the bed.  Tommorrow?  July 4 in San Antonio - can it get any better than this?
